Baptisms
We are really glad that you are thinking of having your child baptised at one of our churches and look forward to warmly welcoming you.
You can be baptised at any age, but the following refers to the baptism of babies and children.
If you have recently experienced the joy and wonder of the arrival of a new child, our warmest congratulations to you. Like many people at this wonderful stage of life, you may be looking for a way to thank the God who has given you such an amazing gift. We believe a key feature of baptism is becoming part of the family of God, so we hold baptisms within a Sunday service, please get in touch so we can explain how that works and how we can celebrate with you.
Godparents:
There is no fixed number, though traditionally it is two men and a woman for a boy, and two women and a man for a girl.
Fees:
We make no charge for Baptism but donations are welcome and will be used to support our work with families across the Mission Community.
